When I'm not working, helping my clients with their real estate needs, or spending time with family, I love to enjoy the bicyle paths at Toronto's beautiful Centre Island. Although Centre Island is only 5.5 Kms. from the east side of the Island to the far west end, the path and its many side trails take up 15 Kms. of bike paths. There is also much to see including Gibraltar Point Lighthouse which is the oldest lighthouse on the great lakes built in 1808. You will also bike past childrens Centrville amusement park, or drop by the petting zoo at Far Enough Farm. After enjoying the Island sights you can drop by one of the few open air restaurants for refreshments or go for a swim in one of the beaches. If you don't have a bike, they even rent them on Centre Island. Wether a family trip or to enjoy the day, a bike trip through centre Island is a must do in Toronto!
